About Us

Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group Limited (HKATG) was established in 2019 as the first commercial aerospace company in Hong Kong. HKATG became the first Hong Kong member of the “International Astronautical Federation”(IAF) in November 2019.

The core business of HKATG are satellite precision manufacturing, satellite launch, aerospace measurement and control and aerospace data services to promote the marketization of aerospace technology and to support regional aerospace commercialization needs.

Gang hang ke (Shenzhen) Space Technology Co., Ltd. is the sole agency authorized by the Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group in the Mainland. The business scope includes the technology development, sales and leasing of space robots, the design of space technology solutions and the development of network information technology, etc. Gang hang ke (Shenzhen) Space Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group.

  • Ms. Clarie Lo held senior positions in the HK government. She was the former Deputy Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury and contributed to policy formulation on monetary and financial services, trade and industrial development, energy, anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing, housing, and district administration. In 2007, Clarie served as the Founding CEO of the China-United States Exchange Foundation and remains a Counsellor of the Foundation.

    Ms. Lo was awarded by The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Government/Public Service. She was an official Justice of Peace.

    Clarie holds a Master of Laws with Merit from University of London, UK, a Master of Science in Management from The Stanford University, USA, and a Postgraduate Diploma with Commendation in English and Hong Kong Law.

Dr. Daniel Yip

  • Dr Daniel Yip is the Chairman of Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI), Chairman of FHKI’s Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Committee and the Honorary Chairman of FHKI’s Pearl River Delta Council. He is familiar with the business environment in Hong Kong and the Mainland of China. He is the Managing Director of G.E.W. International Corporation Limited (G.E.W.). With over 30 years of experience in home appliance design and manufacturing, he has successfully led the company to transform from an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) to an Original Brand Manufacturer (OBM). He further upgraded G.E.W. from majoring in home appliances to the research and development and manufacturing of commercial appliances, which won the “Hong Kong Awards for Industries: Upgrading and Transformation” in 2018.

    Dr Yip holds an Engineering Doctorate Degree from University of Warwick and is appointed as an Industrial Fellow by University of Warwick.

Prof. Clive S. Fraser

  • Prof. Clive S. Fraser is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering, the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute of Australia and the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS), and he is an Honorary Member of The Remote Sensing and Photogrammetric Society (UK). In recognition of his academic and professional work he has earned numerous international awards including the Life-Time Achievement Award, Fairchild Photogrammetric Award, the Talbert Abrams, Wild Heerbrugg and Bausch & Lomb Awards, all from the American Society of Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing; and the President's Medal, President’s Prize and E.H. Thompson Award from the Remote Sensing and Photogrammetric Society of the UK. Prof. Fraser has a number of active international research and industry collaborations, and he serves as a consultant to industry in Australia, Japan, the US and Europe. He also serves on the Editorial Boards of four of the leading international journals dealing with photogrammetry and remote sensing, and he has authored more than 380 scientific publications.

Mr. Nicholas Brooke, GBS, JP

  • Mr. Nicholas Brooke is the former chairman of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, and is currently Chairman of Professional Property Services Limited. He is a recognized authority on land administration and planning matters.

    Mr. Brooke holds a BSc degree and Diploma in Business Administration from University of London. He is a Chartered Surveyor, a global Past President of RICS and a Fellow of HKIS.

    Mr. Brooke is the immediate past Chairman of the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission. He is also an honorary member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the American Institute of Architects (Hong Kong Chapter) and an Honorary Fellow of Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), UK. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong Town Planning Board and a former member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and was also a Trustee of the International Valuations Standards Council (IVSC) which is responsible for the setting and policing of valuation practices and standards worldwide.

Dr. Ming Yu

  • Dr. Yu is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering; an IEEE Fellow; the winner of the 2020 Microwave Application Award of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S) and he was an IEEE Distinguished Microwave Lecturer from 2010 to 2012. He engaged in the microwave industry for more than 30 years, he is an "amphibious" expert in industry and academia. His main research focus on the design and manufacture of microwave devices, and its applications include 5G wireless communication stations and new generation satellite communication systems.

    He published over 30 patents and has authored or co-authored over 150 publications and numerous proprietary reports. He has completed nearly 40 scientific research projects, generating more than 500 million US dollars in economic benefits to the industry. He has 24 years of experience in North American industry. He was the chief scientist, R&D director in the world's top 500 companies and being tenured professor of world-renowned universities.

Mr. Pin-Tsung LIAO

  • Mr. Pin-Tsung LIAO holds a Master degree of Finance (MsC) from Baruch College of the City University of New York and a Master degree of Laws (LLM) from King's College London, UK. Served as a number of listed companies on the main board of Hong Kong, such as Vice Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Fuyi International Holdings (1470.HK), Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of China Hanking (3788.HK) and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Crown Global (727.HK) . Mr. Pin-Tsung LIAO has extensive experience in merger and acquisition activities, initial public offerings, financial financing and investment of multiple companies. He has worked in many international financial institutions, including UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup Global Securities.
